Claire Palmer

Claire joined our team in 2021 and is a native of Cork. She is a passionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist who brings a wealth of experience to Lucey Dental. She earned her diploma in Dental Nursing in 2012 from University College Cork. After 4 years of working in private practice, She decided to go back to college and further her education in which she graduated with honours in Dental Hygiene. 

As a Dental Hygienist, Claire takes pride in putting her patients at ease and making a difference in their oral health. She performs all aspects of comprehensive hygiene and believes in giving each patient the individual tools and techniques they require to achieve and maintain periodontal health and stability to the best of their ability.

She is a registered member of the Dental Council of Ireland and an active member of the Irish Dental Hygienist Association where she attends conferences to keep up her CPD.

In her spare time, Claire loves to head out for walks with her much-adored miniature dachshunds  Frankie and Pickle.
